About the restaurant
In Merivale’s signature one-stop-shop style, The Paddington is part pub, part restaurant, part cocktail bar and part chicken shop. Ex Momofuku Seibo chef Ben Greeno is in charge of the kitchen delivering a rotisserie, slow roasted menu of down-to-earth fare. Paddington’s Oxford Street has had a bad rap in the past so if Justin Hemmes can’t make it, nobody can.
