At Vessel Dining & Bar, Head Chef James Westbrook has created a rustic style Italian menu focused on antipasti, pizza, home-made pasta and meats using fresh local produce. Situated adjacent to King Street Wharf there are three distinct spaces, which feature industrial and robust interior design, raw exposed beams fused with steel, glass and wooden elements.
