About the restaurant
Hatch Restaurant at Hurstville's new Humphrey's Hotel is fine dining and a little flash, with a marble bar, chandeliers and an open kitchen. Dishes are Modern Australian with an international influence like the caviar cornetto for starters and Bouillabaisse with Murray cod. More simple and hearty dishes are on the menu, lending a visit to Hatch pleasing all hunger levels. The beverage list boasts 12 beers on tap, signature cocktails and and impressive wine list of 250 wines.
