With a welcoming space of contemporary Mexican fare, St Alma is a next-level dining experience. Transformed from an old Bendigo Bank in Freshwater, diners are immersed in an impressive fit out with pink hues, symbolizing a unique coastal and contemporary vibe.You’ll find the cocktail list has five types of Margarita’s - classic, Paloma, Tommy’s, white chocolate, and coconut and jalapeno - along with a range of Mexican beers. With a focus on fresh and locally sourced produce, Executive Chef Tim Christian has designed everything on the menu to be shared (think whole deboned snapper or glazed ribs).
