About the restaurant
Come and visit Butcher and the Farmer to experience a unique food and wine experience set in the historic Glebe Tramsheds restoration and redevelopment. Chef Jared Ingersoll brings with him an array of experience and a passionate application of the farm-to-table philosophy. The menu focuses on honest, food like whole animals roasted over coals, house-made charcuterie, and prime cuts of meat.
