The Grounds Roastery

In the redeveloped Australian Technology Park (now known as South Eveleigh), The Grounds Roastery is a larger-than-life café and restaurant. In the former locomotive workshops, the space was created by designers ACME with inspiration from the internal courtyards of European and North African villas. With a giant coffee roastery as a design centrepiece, the location features a research and development lab, espresso and brew bars and a 200-seat casual restaurant.
