For humble dining at its finest, Copo Cafe and Diner provides extremely high quality food with an eccentric twist in a non-pretentious atmosphere. Copo's specialty dish is chef Brock Coffey's smoked fish pie with a whipped potato crust covering a creamy mix of smoked mackerel, bechamel, leek and peas.
