Casoni

Casoni is an Italian restaurant with hints of Asian flavours and techniques, on Bourke Street in Darlionghurst close to Oxford Street.  While not overtly Asian, the menu takes inspiration from classic umami ingredients such as soy sauce and kombu combined with classic Italian pastas. The drinks list features biodynamic wines (all offered by the glass) and local spirits. Each month, a different Negroni is available on tap.
