Fanning out over two iconic heritage-listed buildings in trendy Chippendale, The Old Clare Hotel has been reborn with three restaurants, two bars, a rooftop pool and 62 impressive hotel rooms. The upmarket restaurants, Automata, Kensington Street Social and the Clare are the stomping grounds of acclaimed chefs, each with their own signature style. The Hotel also offers a regular schedule of pop-up markets, tastings, art exhibitions and live music events.
