About the restaurant
Devotees of Yang's Food Truck can head to the lower North Shore suburb of Castlecrag to experience a permanent space for its signature Asian dishes. Yango & Co's kitchen doesn't serve one identifiable cuisine, it's a fluid, experimental pastiche the owner likes to call Asian Australian. The menu collates the best of each East Asian cuisine to come up with something uniquely tasty. The bar serves local wines and spirits, along with a snack menu.
