About the restaurant
Situated inside the Novotel Sydney Norwest in Baulkham Hills the Rebellion Bar and Grill offers all-day dining in modest surrounds. The restaurant is named after the Castle Hill Rebellion of March 1804, when convicts rebelled against the British colonial authorities. As a nod to our British past, the restaurant offers high tea on weekends, which includes traditional scones, finger sandwiches and Dilmah tea.
