In the heart of Barangaroo, The Butcher's Block is an all day café and restaurant that delivers mostly organic, locally-sourced produce in casual surrounds. Their signature dish is their beef ribs that have been slow cooked for twelve hours, glazed and served with chips, mash and salad. Now with four locations across Sydney, the extensive menu is aimed to tap into a wide customer base with light salads, ribs, a wide selection of steaks, salads, Middle Eastern mezze plates and classic side dishes.
