Locally sourced produce is transformed with elegant flavour combinations like wagyu beef with Sydney rock oysters and lemonade parfait with honey and yoghurt. Perched 26 levels above Sydney Harbour, the panoramic city views of the Harbour bridge and opera house make an unmissable dining experience. The chef's table option is also available right in front of the kitchen, seating up to 12 guests.
