About the restaurant
Opened in 1989, Bottom of the Harbour has evolved from being Balmoral's local fish and chippery to a popular seafood restaurant and takeaway joint. Its premises are across the road from the rolling ocean and this is the perfect setting for a seafood fix. Of course, there's fish on the menu, battered, fried or grilled the way you like it, but while you're here, get a potato scallop or two - the kitchen makes the old-fashioned fantasy version.
