A scenic two hour drive south of Sydney in a relaxed coastal setting is Bangalay Villas where you can experience the very best cuisine on the South Coast at Bangalay Dining.    Multi-hatted chef Simon Evans, who trained in Michelin-starred London restaurants and was most recently the owner of Wollongong’s most-hatted restaurant Caveau, has devised a menu of share plates inspired by native coastal surroundings. Corporate retreat onsite accommodation comprises of 14 x one bedroom villas, 2 x two bedroom villas and a four bedroom beach house. This is the perfect getaway for a couple,  hold a corporate event or a  beautiful wedding with the backdrop of the shimmering blue ocean and sandy beach.
