About the restaurant
The Quays Hotel is home to the Sandbar Restaurant in the South Coast town of Batemans Bay, around 4 hours south of Sydney. The unique degustation menu is inspired by Japanese cuisine using French techniques and is a selection of the Chefs best on the day, according to the best seasonal produce sourced from the South Coast.
