Set in the magnificent surrounds of the Grand Mercure Resort in Casuarina, Spice Den is a newly opened Asian restaurant (previously Bamboo Restaurant).Specialising in healthy Thai Fusion cuisine, the menu includes dishes such as tuna sashimi with iceberg, sunflower sprouts, soy and yellow bean dressing, and massaman curry of organic chicken.
