Burning bright in Pokolbin in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Yellow Billy has fire at its core. A culmination of talents – chef Sam Alexander and Sommelier Pat Hester bring you the hottest new venue in the Hunter. Named after a Gentleman Bush Ranger who roamed the Hunter Valley areas of Broke and Pokolbin during the 1860’s, Yellow Billy focuses on the art of cooking over fire, with a drawcard of a custom-made fire pit which is used daily to cook proteins and vegetables.
Lunch Thursday-Sunday and dinner Friday-Saturday
