Utilising the world class Italian Enomatic dispensing system, red and white wines are showcased from vineyards such as The Little Wine Company, David Hook Wines, Keith Tulloch Wines and Margan Family Wines, plus many boutique wineries that you haven't discovered yet. Or you may care to enjoy a seated wine tasting and learn a little about the local Hunter Valley wonderful wines.
