About the restaurant
Ben Ean, Lindeman’s Estate, under the new ownership of the McGuigan and Peterson families has been returned to its historical glory with newly refurbished cellar door, restaurant and function areas. Baume Restaurant offers visitors tasting plates, shared platters, woodfired pizzas and substantial main meals, all meant to be accompanied by a fine Hunter Valley wine. The estate offers private function areas for smaller gatherings and Baume is available for larger functions, including weddings.
