Executive Chef Keira Madeley has curated a menu marrying classic and contemporary flavours, available for lunch Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm. Indulge in favourites like the Quatro Formaggi, a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, and confit garlic, or opt for the classic Margherita with pomodoro, fior di latte, and basil.
