One of Newcastle's newest hotels, the 5 star Crystalbrook Kingsley is home to Roundhouse, sitting rooftop with stunning views over the harbour, coastline and beyond to the Hunter Valley.  The menu is Modern Australian using native ingredients and local produce from the sea and hinterland. Dine in intimate booths, or at large tables for a more communal experience. The wine list features predominantly Hunter Valley wines (of course)!
