Jana Restaurant & Bar is located in QT Newcastle, 2h drive north of Sydney, overlooking the Hunter river.
The restaurant serves Modern Australian food prepared by Executive Chef Massimo Speroni in an elegant and familiar setting, following the other QT hotels.
Open Tuesday to Wednesday for dinner 5:30pm – 9:30pm, Thursday to Friday for lunch 12pm – 2:30pm & dinner 5:30pm – 9:30pm, and Saturday for dinner 5:30pm – 9:30pm.
