It's difficult to believe that only a few short decades ago, this grand historic building was used for customs administration. The spacious interior has undergone a total overhaul while still retaining the original ornate ceilings and sweeping cedar wood interior. The brasserie style food uses Australia's freshest produce to create traditional favourites such as confit of duck leg and steak frites, straight from the old country.
