Bluestill Distillery is a café, restaurant, function centre and art gallery all rolled into one, occupying a prime position on the corner of Henry Lawson Way and Fontenoy Streets, with an outlook of the entire township of Young. Country-style cuisine fronts the menu and is best enjoyed with house-made spirits that are incredibly good value. The eatery also stocks local, home-made jams, olives, oils and condiments. The large, fuss-free space is great for corporate and business lunches as well as big tour groups, with ample parking for cars and buses on site.
