About the restaurant
Tonic. Light of regional NSW restaurants, fire of Millthorpe dining's loins. With a hat under its belt, Tonic is attracting food lovers from near and far for a taste of owner and chef Tony Worland's classic menu. Set in an early-19th-century building, Tonic's seasonal menu features local ingredients such as Cowra lamb and pork from Forbes, which are all delivered with technical accuracy and modern flair.
