Byblos Restaurant and Bar

Situated on the cusp of Gosford’s Kibble Park, Byblos Restaurant and Bar is a chic, modern eatery specialising in Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant is the product of second generation Gosford restaurateur James Nouri whose family have run successful Italian and Mediterranean restaurants on the coast. The spacious interior features mahogany furnishings and a large covered timber deck that overlooks the park. The menu is firmly based on family recipes that James grew up with and dishes are ideal for sharing.
