About the restaurant

Bon Pavilion is a food empire in Gosford, backed by John Singleton. Just over an hours drive from Sydney, the complex includes an espresso bar with takeaway food (and sit down), a craft-beer and cocktail bar with all-day dining plus a casual public bar, a cellar door (also available for private dining) called Bon Vin and an upscale restaurant called Bonfire with Chef Sean Connolly. There are seven separate dining and drinking areas that make up the $4 million interior all tapping into something a little different.
