Bar Botanica

Tucked away in the middle of the Distillery Botanica Gardens on the Central Coast in Erina is Bar Botanica, a cafe, bar and gelateria. Just a 90 minute drive from Sydney, Bar Botanica is the brainchild of Julia and Dan Hughes, the creators of Mr Goaty Gelato. Bar Botanica’s concept is simple and takes inspiration from the surrounding flora and fauna with garden-inspired dishes, coffee roasted on site and, of course, their famous gelato.
