Avalon Katoomba restaurant inhabits the dress circle of the historic Savoy theatre, and offers an deco interior and spectacular mountain views over Leura and the Jamison Valley. The old projection room is where meals are now prepared and cocktails are served in the former refreshment lounge, now a cosy bar complete with retro tunes and a roaring fireplace for the cooler winter months. The art deco architecture is complemented by an interesting collection of furnishings and artwork.
