About the restaurant
Built in 1897 as a retreat for wealthy landowners, Caves House at Jenolan Caves remains a must-see destination for travellers, partly because of Chisolm’s Restaurant, which occupies the House’s grand dining room. The restaurant retains its heritage charm with ornate ceilings and historic furniture. The Modern Australian menu offers simple, hearty meals such as chicken parmigiana and seafood pasta. There is an extensive list of wine, beer and liqueurs, including local ales and lagers.
