Vincent Diner

Once home to charity store St Vincent De Paul, Vincent Diner at Glenbrook was duly named in its honor. The Blue Mountains venture from chef Ross Dobson draws crowds all days of the week at the popular tourism township. Cobalt blue and white plates are dressed with fresh salads and marry well with the house-made charcuterie boards. A shabby chic interior of vintage framed prints and mismatching cutlery creatively channel that second-hand store feel.
