Seasonality and ripeness drive the creativity of the food whilst a concise and frequently changing wine list features some of Australia's best drops. Pasture-fed dry-aged beef, rare breed pork and lamb, creel-caught crustaceans and Ike-Jime spiked fish are all supported by the day's market greens and vegetables.
