Recipients of a Best Restaurants Australia gift certificate will receive their gift instantly via email after your order has been placed. If you don't specify a recipient, we'll email the certificate to you for forwarding when you're ready.

Once received, certificate holders should contact the host of the experience to make a booking, providing the details in their certificate at this time.

On the day, they should present their certificate as payment for their booking.
