The spectacular Orange Wine Region of NSW is the home of Printhie Wines, who will be visiting for Josef Chromy for their annual dinner event. Printhie will bring with them the best wines from their cool-climate, high-elevation region.  Head Chef Nick Raitt is curating a menu that reflects springtime in Tassie, matched to a combination of Josef Chromy and Printhie Wines. Five delicious courses include grass fed beef, wild venison, Pinot roasted quince, Bass Strait scallops and Pacific oysters served in the warmth of Josef Chromy Restaurant.
