The picturesque Southern Highlands in NSW and just 90 minutes from Sydney's CBD, is hosting the Savour the Unexpected Winter Festival. An exciting and cosy line up of events across the region will see visitors participating in an immersive arts & cultural and food & wine experience. 

Friday 21 June 6pm-9pm: Cocktail Circus - an evening of indulgence with mouth-watering canapés by celebrated local chef Alex Watts, luscious cocktails by local distillery SoHi and surprise live performances. All amongst vintage fairground equipment including carousels, vintage organs and all sorts of surprising and restored carnival pieces. 

Friday 21 June 5pm-10pm:  Fire Feast - Chef and owner of Africola in Adelaide, Duncan Welgemoed, is one of the most exciting fire chefs out of South Australia and is cooking a special Fire Feast at Osborn House in Bundanoon. Tickets $195 per head including welcome drink 

Saturday 22 June from 5pm-late - MIDWINTER at Ngununggula.  Local food and beverage from some of the Southern Highland’s best: Will’s Kitchen, A Van Called Delilah, Valerie the Van, Pizzettaro, SoHi distillery, Southern Highlands Brewery and Hearth by Moonacres, to name a few! Famkily friendly with a monster parade for the kiddies.
