Depart Brooke Street Pier at 5.30pm, following the coastline to the beautiful Peppermint Bay Hotel at Woodbridge. After a long table dinner, dancing and festivities, return to Brooke Street Pier and watch the fireworks, docking at Brooke Street Pier at 12.30am.
