Northern Beaches Rivalry Dinner Series 2024 at Pilu at Freshwater

Giovanni Pilu and Alessandro Pavoni are great friends, but rivals in the kitchen! These fun dinners are hosted at Pilu at Freshwater or Ormeggio at The Spit.

Pilu at Freshwater - Thursday, April 11th – 6:30pm – Italian Islands
The islands of Italy have distinct characteristics in their styles of cooking and produce they use. $150 pp. Matching wines $85 pp

Ormeggio – June 26, 2024 –  Land vs Sea                                                                                                          The Land vs Sea dinner uses dishes purely focused on ingredients either from land or from sea. 4 course menu food only $150 per person. Matching wines $85 per person. 

Pilu at Freshwater – July 11, 2024 – Italian Escapades from Alessandro and Giovanni's adventures around Italy.. 4 course menu food only $150 per person. Matching wines $85 per person. 

Ormeggio – August 14, 2024 –  North V South  Allessandro and Giovanni get inspiration and produce from showing the differences between the north and south regions of Italy.  $150 per person food only.  Matching Wines $85 per person.
