Hunter legend Andrew “Thommo” Thomas and Bimbadgen’s Winemaker Richard Done previously worked alongside but this is the first time they have had an official taste off of hero Hunter Valley Wines-Semillon and Shiraz.  Enjoy a four-course meal at renowned Esca Restaurant accompanied by some fun banter while you explore wines of the Hunter Valley.
