L'Enclume Residency at Bathers Pavilion

Simon Rogan and his three Michelin starred L’Enclume restaurant is coming to Bathers’ Pavilion for an exclusive 5 week residency from Wednesday July 19. For Simon and L’Enclume,  2022 was an incredible year - winning their much deserved third Michelin star  and also awarded The Good Food Guide’s Restaurant of The Year… again! L’Enclume will serve dishes using the outstanding local ingredients unique to New South Wales and Australia.

Simon’s other Restaurants (L’Enclume, Rogan & Co, Aulis, Henrock) will continue to run as normal.
