Wine Blending:  Sit down with the head winemaker and be taken through six single variety red wines, exploring the aroma, structure and palate-feel of each. Make your own blend, which will be judged and maybe even order a dozen with your own personalised label! $175 pp. Monthly sessions held one Sunday of each month from 3pm-5pm
