Australia Day at Tokar Estate

It's a celebration at Tokar Estate this Australia Day!  It is also 20 years since Leon Tokar first arrived in Australia from Poland and 20 years since the restaurant opened. The menu  created by the kitchen team celebrating some classic Aussie dishes including Kangaroo Fillet with Beetroot and Black Pepper and Pavlova Roulade.
