Peppermint Bay is just 30 minutes south of Hobart and showcases some of the best seasonal produce in a sophisticated and elegant manner. Located in the bountiful region of Woodbridge in southern Tasmania, the informal bar dining offers guests panoramic views of Bruny Island and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Peppermint Bay bistro is open for dine in and take away light meals, coffee and fresh baked goods, with a selection of Tasmanian beers and an almost entirely Tasmanian wine list.

The Agrarian Cooking School & Kitchen is Tasmania's first sustainable farm-based cooking school. The school also houses a vegetable patch, orchard, berry patch and herb garden, all grown using organic principles. Stillwater is set in a beautifully restored 1830s flour mill beside the picturesque Tamar River in Launceston.
