  • The Mercantile Hotel

    If you’re looking for an Irish pub in The Rocks, make your way over to George Street for the Mercantile Hotel. First opening their doors back in 1915, the Mercantile is proudly one of Australia’s longest running Irish pubs. At first glance the Mercantile will catch your eye with its green heritage tiles lining the outside walls. Then, as you enter, you’ll find your typical watering hole furnishings with Guinness and even Kilkenny on tap. Be sure to try the Bangers & Champ.
