Bopp and Tone
Sydney CBD, Sydney, New South WalesThis SXSW Sydney restaurant guide would not be complete without including the icon that is Bopp & Tone. Operated by Applejack Hospitality group, Bopp & Tone is a stylish Mediterranean restaurant tucked on Carrington Street in Sydney’s CBD. The interiors are simply exquisite with plenty of vintage marble and timber furnishings to marvel at. And, let’s not forget the charming alfresco terrace that comes to life on a balmy evening. The food menu centres around the use of their in-house wood grill and charcoal oven – so expect plenty of fiery flavours in their seasonal dishes. Of course, Bopp & Tone knows how to set the rhythm with their creative array of cocktails and thoughtfully chosen wine list.
