The sensational spritz was invented in Italy late 19th century. Today, the wine-based cocktail is celebrated worldwide for its refreshing mouthfeel. Traditionally made bitter thanks to Aperol or Campari, the spritz can also be sweetened-up with liqueurs and other punchy sprits.
