Sprout Cafe is set in the picturesque surrounds of the National Arboretum, Canberra's garden of living trees, cultivated for conservation and research purposes. Visitors to the garden can make their way to the award-winning Village Centre, where you can see a bonsai collection, discovery garden and Sprout Cafe. Run by Ginger Catering, Sprout's Modern Australian snacks and meals feature organic and biodynamic locally grown produce, seafood and meats.
