Red Chilli Sichuan

Part of the bourgeoning empire that is the Red Chilli Group, Red Chilli Sichuan in Civic is a loud, lavishly decorated restaurant. In Chinese style, animal innards grace the menu, but there's a wide selection of simpler, better-known dishes for the less adventurous. The dining room itself is an impressive aspect of the experience; golden light bounces off highly lacquered dark timber furniture and murals and screens divide the rooms.
