Mu Omakase is the first restaurant of its kind in Canberra, where diners are served a 'trust the chef' seasonal degustation of precise Japanese dishes in an intimate, counter-style setting. Charcoal cooking is the method to produce dishes using the best local produce.
The menu for all sittings is the same at $165PP.
