Italians love their pizza almost as much as they love briscola, a card game of strategy and European flourishes. Canberra CBD restaurant Briscola Pizzeria e Stuzzichini Bar combines the passion that comes with both, because the act of playing and dining should never be done alone. The pizza dough is made using imported Italian tipo ‘00’ flour, and it's twice risen before being hand-stretched to order and topped with local and Italian produce.
